The Role

This role would oversee the Mobile Money Programme’s data strategy, both in relation to extracting greater value from existing data assets internally, as well the programme’s approach to supporting operators on data monetization pathways for financial inclusion.

As a Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of global debates about how to leverage data to stimulate innovation and extend financial services to people around the developing world. You will be asked to contribute to dialogues and to build a broad network of public and private sector actors, including international aid organisations, mobile operators, regulators, and Fintech companies. You will work alongside a high-performing and multi-cultural team based in London, Latin America, Africa, and Asia. You will author public content that should become the reference materials for public and private sector actors seeking to accelerate the next generation of mobile money services.

Excellence will matter more to them than credit. They will be the kind of person who voluntarily steps up to help others reach their goals in the interest of the broader mission of the programme. They will be passionate about the commercial and social impact potential of mobile money, to sustainably reach the underserved.
