Marketing Manager, Mobile Money
We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of all marketing for our Mobile Money Programme. The Mobile Money Programme works with specific target countries globally and with key industry stakeholders within each of these target markets to help promote the benefits of interoperable mobile money services and accelerate the ecosystem within digital financial services. The Mobile Money Programme also provides proof points to the industry of the social impact that mobile money has in developing markets.
The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director, Mobile for Development, Regions and Digital and sits in the Mobile for Development marketing team, working closely and coordinating cross-programme themes and activities with the other Mobile for Development marketing leads. The Mobile for Development marketing team sits within the wider GSMA Advocacy marketing team.
The Marketing Manager works closely with the Mobile Money team and Operations Director, to understand the objectives and programme deliverables and so ensure that marketing campaigns and activities drive awareness of the GSMA’s work in mobile money.
