The GSMA is looking for a CRM Manager for the Americas region. This role will assist GSMA in better understanding the nuances of the Americas customers and will be responsible for the demand generation and lead management strategy for the MWC Americas and GSMA events in general.

The successful candidate must be data-driven, effective at working in fast – paced environment and capable of building target market lists, gather insights about our buyers and report on campaign results. S/he must be action-oriented and a self-starter, well experienced with developing a scalable campaign cadence that can significantly increase the MQLs for the sales team while mapping those campaigns to the various touch points along the buyer’s journey.

 

Responsibility

  • Communication and segmentation strategy for the MWC Americas event
  • Create, manage, and execute lead generation programs and metrics that are aligned with revenue goals.
  • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of other marketing campaigns; build, deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns and analyse customer responses and customer behaviour to provide recommendations.
  •  Manage optimization of website by rigorously analysing user’s behaviour and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboard across digital campaigns. Analyse insights for optimization recommendations.
  • Strong curiosity about users/visitors, and how to anticipate their needs by understanding behaviours.
  • Familiarity in setting up paid media campaigns through Adwords, and social media channels.
  • Support all Marketing Automation initiatives.
  • Assist marketing manager is setting tracking measures and reporting to support of Marketing internal and external campaigns

Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable marketing database management, data mining, and web analytics experience.
  • Demand/Lead generation experience.
  • Experience with Marketing Campaigns Management/Marketing Automation software such as Eloqua, Marketo, Adobe campaign, etc…
  • Experience with sales force automation/CRM system such as Salesforce, Ms Dynamics, NetSuite (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Experience of using Google Analytics, Google Adwords and managing Adwords budget
  • Experience of using a tag management system.
  • Good understanding HTML coding and CSS
  • Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude.  Interested in “figuring out” solutions to problems.
  • Knowledge and experience with new media, website and mobile marketing
  • Advanced MS-Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) for data manipulation and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree required Marketing preferred, MBA preferred
